    Yummy subs. A chain, in west valley. Let me tell you how happy I am not to get terrible service with aggressive and terribly drawn eyebrows. My only downfall is the woman taking your order talks very low. For as intricate as they are with taking your order, it's a little annoying. Turning to my ear and moving closer to her face didn't even send the message. Oh and the creeper staring at my wife. Wtf man. But that's besides the food and service.

    Firehouse has tasty subs and a very good variety of them. They have everything from ham and cheese to meatball and phillys. The flavors are very good. I have found that certain combinations are too sweet for me, for instance their ham is honey ham and their wheat bread also has honey so the two together make for a sweet sandwich. Last time I was there I got the club, it was very tasty with ham, turkey and bacon on a white sub roll, only complaint is the fact that the bacon is so thin it got lost and did not add much to the flavor. I have had the NY steamer, pastrami and corned beef yum. The meatball is big and flavorful.

    I have never been here and NOT had this crew of teenagers mess up my order. Today I called in an order, they said it would be ready in 7 minutes and I gave them 20. I show up and they've given my order to someone else and I get to wait for them to make a whole new order. This is the last time. Stay away, this location does not have their sh** together.

    As a big fan of firehouse subs, this location has been disappointing on three occasions. I'll never support this location and believe it needs to be under review by upper management. The latest visit my 8" sandwich was more like a 6" sandwich and was super skimpy on the meat. Having visited 6 locations between Utah and California, I have gotten a goo idea of what is normal. Besides the fact that it was supper skimpy on meat and the sandwich was super small, the meat was over cooked and rubbery on all three visits. I thought each and every time that maybe it was just me. On Saturdays at lunch time the place gets very busy. In short three strikes and I am not returning. I came back and regretted it.

    This place is new in the neighborhood and obviously a gimmicky chain. Dalmation-print on the tables and firefighter apparel hanging on the wall are the theme. If garish, loud and tacky are your thing, this is your place. As for the sandwich, it was pretty tasty. It was some turkey something or other. Service was friendly but still annoying. Upsizing is the default so you have to tell them if you want it otherwise. Someone was sweeping the floor and wiping down tables pretty much on top of me while I ate. I felt like I was in their way. TV's are WAY too loud. Lots of hard surfaces mean nothing gets muffled. So, two stars for good food...but I didn't enjoy the food because I couldn't wait to get out of the place. There are lots of better options nearby. I won't be back.

    First time eating here, absolutely awesome! Place was clean, employees were very friendly. The New York Steamer was the best sub I have ever ate.

    I've now been here a bunch of times and it is consistently good. My only issue was the kid taking my order. He didn't look very professional at all. Whoever is hiring needs to up their standards a little. I expect someone that is handling my food to be somewhat clean cut and professional. I do not expect him to have two big gages in his ears and look "scruffy", looking like he came from an underpass. Employees should have certain professional standards they are required to meet.
